Privacy Notice
Version privacy-v4
JK7 Services FZE ("JK7") runs the JK7 Talents roster. This notice explains, in plain words, how we handle your personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
Your contact details (email, mobile, WhatsApp, social media handles), your profile (name, date of birth, gender, nationality, location, languages, skills, measurements, work history, bio and rate preferences), your photos and video links, your Emirates ID, and your UAE driving or motorbike licence if you list driving as a skill. For talents under 18, we also collect the parent or guardian's details and ID.
Why we use it
To represent you as a talent, to put your profile forward in client proposals, to obtain permits and approvals for confirmed bookings, and to showcase approved profiles as set out in the JK7 Talent Agreement.
Who sees it
JK7 staff. Clients see your approved profile by talent code only, never your contact details. We share ID details with a client only when a confirmed booking needs them for permits or approvals, and we tell you first.
Services that help us
If you use the AI bio writer, the professional details you entered (such as your skills, languages and work history, never your name, contact details or ID) are processed by trusted AI services (Anthropic and OpenAI) to draft your bio. If you upload a media kit, its text, with your name and contact details taken out first, is read by the same services to fill in your form; its photos are handled on our own server. They don't use them to train their AI. Paid plans are charged by Mamo Pay: they handle your card, and JK7 never sees or stores your card details. If you sign in with Google, or pick photos from Google Drive, Google confirms your email or sends us only the files you choose.
Face matching (optional)
Photos of you may reach JK7 in bulk, for example from a shoot you were part of, a client or an agency folder. If you say yes, our own server compares the faces in them with your profile headshots so we can file them under your profile. To do this it keeps a numeric face template made from your headshots. It stays on JK7's servers, is never sent to outside AI services, is never shown to clients, and is used only to match your own photos. JK7 staff confirm every match. You can say no, or switch it off at any time from your profile, and we then delete your template. We also delete it when you leave the roster.
Where it's stored
On JK7's own servers, with backups. Your ID images are checked on our server and are not sent to outside services.
How long we keep it
If you start but don't finish signing up, everything you entered, including photos and ID images, is deleted after 30 days of no activity. Once you're on the roster, we keep your data while you stay on it, and delete it when you ask us to or when you leave the roster. If we hide your profile because the JK7 Talent Agreement was broken, we keep your name, ID number, the record of what happened and the proof for as long as we need them to enforce the agreement and to stop a new sign-up, even if you ask us to delete your profile.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected].
Under 18
A parent or legal guardian must complete the sign-up for a talent under 18.
If you enquire or ask for client access
- We keep your name, company, email, mobile, what you asked about, and the talent profiles you opened before sending your enquiry, to answer you, quote and manage bookings.
- We send you news and offers only if you ticked the marketing box, and you can stop at any time by replying "stop" or emailing [email protected].
- We keep enquiry records for up to 3 years after our last contact, then delete them. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details.
- Your details stay with JK7 Services FZE and the email provider we use to reply. We don't sell them.
