Client Terms and Confidentiality Agreement

1. Who this is between

• This agreement is between JK7 Services FZE ("JK7") and the person who asks for client access ("you"). If you ask for access for a business, you accept it for that business too and confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What access gives you

• Free access to view JK7 talent profiles by talent code, to choose talent for genuine projects. There is no subscription and no fee for access.
• You pay only when you book talent through JK7, at the price in JK7's written quote.

3. Keep it confidential

• Everything you see through JK7 is confidential: photos, videos, measurements, bios, talent codes, rates, availability and proposals.
• Use it only to choose talent for your project. Share it only with people in your team who need it for that project, and make sure they follow this agreement. You are responsible if they don't.
• This continues after your access ends.

4. No copying, scraping or sharing logins

• No bulk downloads, bots or scraping, no reposting or passing profiles on, and no use of any of it to train or test AI.
• Each login is for one named person and is not shared. JK7 records access and may watermark photos.

5. Personal data

• Talent profiles contain personal data protected by Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
• You use it only for your project, keep it secure, delete any copies within 30 days after the project ends, and don't send it outside the UAE without JK7's written agreement.
• If any of it is lost, leaked or misused while with you, tell JK7 at [email protected] within 2 working days.

6. Talent under 18

• Talent under 18 are booked only through JK7 with their parent or guardian's consent, and a parent or guardian is present at every booking.

7. Quotes and bookings

• JK7 quotes each booking in writing: fee, VAT, usage rights, dates and payment terms. A booking is confirmed only when you accept the quote in writing and any deposit in it is paid.
• A talent's availability is not guaranteed until JK7 confirms the booking.

8. Responsibility

• Access is free and provided as it is. JK7 is not responsible for any loss from using the gallery itself. JK7's responsibility for a booking is set out in that booking's quote and contract.

9. Ending access

• You can stop at any time by emailing [email protected].
• JK7 can suspend or end your access at once if it reasonably believes this agreement was broken.
• The sections on confidentiality, copying and personal data continue after access ends.

10. Changes and law

• JK7 may update this agreement. It will email you the new version, and you accept it before you next use your access.
• UAE law applies, and the courts of Dubai decide any dispute.
