Plan terms

• Payments are charged securely by Mamo Pay and renew automatically each month or year until you stop your plan.
• You can stop your plan any time from this page: it won't renew again, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Then your profile moves to Free and only your first 4 photos, 2 video files and 2 voice demos stay visible; the rest are kept safely, hidden, and come back if you upgrade again.
• We refund the full payment for a billing period if any of these happen: you were charged twice for it; you were charged after you stopped your plan; you were charged more than the price shown when you paid; JK7 declines your profile before approving it; or a plan limit you paid for (number of photos, video files or voice demos, or video file size) doesn't work and we haven't fixed it within 5 working days of you emailing [email protected].
• Every other reason is not refunded, for example no longer wanting the plan, not using it, or not being shortlisted or booked. You can stop your plan anytime so it doesn't renew.
• If your Emirates ID expires and your profile is hidden for 30 days or more, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the hidden days instead.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 10 working days of us confirming them.
• Your profile needs a valid Emirates ID to be shown to clients. We email you 30, 15 and 5 days before it expires. If it expires, your profile is hidden until you upload a valid one, and the days it was hidden are added back to your plan.
• If JK7 finds you broke the JK7 Talent Agreement (for example, by working with a JK7 client without JK7's written consent or involvement), we hide your profile from clients and stop your plan renewing. The period you have already paid for is not refunded. You can ask us to review this at [email protected].
• A paid plan gives your profile more space and visibility. It does not guarantee approval, shortlisting, bookings or work.
• Pro and Max are paid once for 6 or 12 months, plus 5% VAT, and don't renew by themselves: we remind you before they end and you renew with one tap. Stopping early doesn't refund the remaining time.
• Payment for your bookings, after the project is completed: within 30 working days on Free and Standard, within 15 working days on Premium, and within 5 working days (priority) on Pro and Max. Each booking's own contract confirms it.
• JK7 shows your profile and pushes auditions to you. Clients choose talent on merit and at their own discretion.
